Fantastic! I ordered this just in time for my child, who came down with a chronic cough and fever of 38.8. After giving him five drops, he was much better the next day—no fever, and the cough had nearly disappeared. I don't know if it was the Echinacea or something else, but I'll certainly keep using it during winter!
